Our client is a family-owned company that has been established since 1997. Recently, the business underwent a revamp and expansion, including the introduction of online webstores. As we continue to grow, further process improvements and exciting changes are expected.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of custom apparel products.
  • Plan and schedule production activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet production targets.
  • Work closely with the ownership team and other department managers to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and enforce safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.
  • Train and develop production staff, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills and efficiency.
  • Resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Review and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications during the production process.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation for management review.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Production Supervisor or related position.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a production team.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to effectively manage production activities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome production challenges.
  • Knowledge of production processes and equipment used in the custom apparel industry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset to ensure product excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Desired Experience
  • Experience in the custom apparel industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with online webstores and e-commerce operations is a plus.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Prior training and development of production staff.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is annual and will be provided in Dollars ($ - United States of America). The exact salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, the company offers a competitive benefits package.
