Seeking Night Shift Production Supervisor in Carrollton, TX
Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all night shift production activities to ensure optimal production performance.
- Monitor and improve production processes to enhance quality, productivity, and safety.
- Lead and mentor production staff during night operations to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and policies, including safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Review and analyze production schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet changing demands.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Record and report production metrics and performance data to management as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a 12 hour night shift schedule.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
