As the Night Shift Production Lead, you will be an essential part of our production team, overseeing the operation during night shifts. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure the smooth and efficient workflow in our manufacturing facility.

As the Night Shift Production Lead, you will be an essential part of our production team, overseeing the operation during night shifts. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure the smooth and efficient workflow in our manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead production team during night shifts to ensure all operational goals are met on time.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards.
- Conduct training and development for production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during all operations.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow and adequate supply of raw materials.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on production performance and personnel issues.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the night shift, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of production processes and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with production tracking software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Experience in the beverage or food industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in improving production processes and team performance.
