As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and ensure that all equipment is running efficiently to meet production goals.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and ensure that all equipment is running efficiently to meet production goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts
- Adhere to maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the food production industry is a plus
- Knowledge of bakery equipment and processes
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards
- Experience with maintenance software and computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
