Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor (Food Production) 2nd shiftJob Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians on the 2nd shift in a food production environment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, coordinating with vendors for repairs as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Train and develop maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for maintenance operations
- Previous experience in maintenance supervision in a food production environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision
- Salary: $32 per hour
- Hours: 5pm-5am
