Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor transfer or blanking press machines
  • Start machines, oversee operations, and accurately record production data
  • Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications
  • Adjust machine settings and speeds based on standard operating procedures
  • Report equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor promptly
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of press machines
  • Accurately complete required inspection and production paperwork
  • Follow all standard work instructions and safety protocols
  • Support cross-functional tasks and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating automatic press machines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking) is required to follow safety, plant, and PPE procedures
  • Willingness to cross-train in other areas as needed
  • Ability to work required overtime, including occasional Saturdays
  • Must adhere to company attendance and punctuality standards
