The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. The supervisor will work closely with a team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. The supervisor will work closely with a team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations of the production line.
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring they follow safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth workflow and address any production issues.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering raw materials, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and generate reports for management.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to production planning and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Experience in the beverage industry or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with implementing and managing production KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
