Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor (Food Production) 1st shiftJob Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians in a food production environment
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to minimize downtime and ensure product quality
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in a food production setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision in a food production facility
- Salary: $32 per hour
- Shift: 5am-5pm
- Location: Plant City, FL
