Job Description: Human Resources ManagerJob Responsibilities:
Preferably, the candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth assimilation into the company.
- Administer performance management systems and provide guidance to managers for effective employee evaluations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR policies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR manager, PHR preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferably, the candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar HR role in a manufacturing company.
